Tent the turkey

The lid to my baking pan does not fit over my turkey, but it needs a lid to seal in the yummy juices while the gobbler roasts. To fix my problem, I make a tent out of aluminum foil.

Stick a bamboo skewer into the breast of the turkey. Then, two sheets of aluminum foil that are one-and-a-half times longer than yours baking pan. Big two-piece sheet of paper on the side of a sheet of paper.
