Samsung has just announced the Galaxy Note 10 and 10+. These are the latest and greatest of the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. Numerous numbers and specifications have shown you how good the Galaxy Note 10 is, but we wanted to simplify all of that and explain the most important things.

Over the last three years, Android OEMs have changed their flagship strategy to include more options in the lineup. It started with HTC in 2017 when they released three flagships in the same year, and LG followed in 2018 when they released an incredible number of V- and G-series phones.
It seems to be Samsung's turn in 2019, as they have already released four flagship phones in the first half of the year. In the second half of the year we have three more phones, the Galaxy Note 10, the Galaxy Note 10+ and the Galaxy Note 10 5G.
Similar to the S10 series, cell phones differ in screen size, battery size and size support for cellular modems (the Galaxy Note 10 5G is only grade 10 to support 5G networks). Unlike the S10 series, however, the changes go beyond the screen size. Compared to the Galaxy Note 10, the Note 10+ has a higher screen resolution, a faster processor and more rear view cameras. That gap is the reason for the low entry-level price of the Galaxy Note 10, which makes it one of the more affordable Galaxy Note phones to hit the market in a while.
This year, Samsung uses three different SoCs in its devices. Depending on the model you receive, your device may use Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 or Snapdragon 855+ or Samsung Exynos 9825.
All Galaxy Note 10+ models use Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+. This is the fastest SoC ever, overclocking the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 by 4% on the CPU side and 15% on the GPU side. With the exception of Verizon's Samsung Exynos 9825, all Galaxy Note 10 variants use the Samsung Exynos 9825. Verizon's version of the Galaxy Note 10 uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, which is expected to surpass the Exynos model.
So, if you're looking for the best processor, you can do it like this: 1.) All 10+, 2.) Most Grade 10 models, 3.) The Verizon Note 10.
Apart from performance differences, it is For another reason important, which processor is used: Rooting. Currently Samsung devices with Qualcomm power supply are not rootable because the bootloader is locked. However, the Exynos-powered Samsung devices used in the rest of the world have unlockable bootloaders that allow rooting and custom ROMs. This may not translate into the North American Exynos Note 10 models, but is a tempting option.

While Samsung is distinguished in most areas compared to other smartphone manufacturers, one of their weak points has been charged. They have launched phones (including the Galaxy S10 series) with Quick Charge 2.0-based fast charging technology. It is a 15 W charger, where charging of modern devices takes forever, especially as the battery in the phones gets bigger.
This is no longer a problem. The Galaxy Note 10 and 10+ come with a 25W charger included with the package. If you want to recharge faster, you can purchase a 45W charger for another $ 60.

You read that correctly, Samsung has officially removed the headphone jack from the Galaxy Note series. It seems that this is the end of the audio port for all Samsung flagships, reducing the list of premium devices that still have the port to two (ASUS and LG).
The reason is always the same – bigger battery, room for additional components etc. – but for many Samsung users this will be a big kick in the gut. This is one of the main reasons why, despite the novelty of the Note 10, it could be worthwhile upgrading (or maintaining) the Galaxy S10.
The S-Pen received its most significant improvement in years when Samsung added Bluetooth touch with the Note 9. This meant remote control of the screen was now possible and paved the way for things like taking photos and controlling music. With a rating of 10, this list gets even bigger thanks to "Air Actions". Samsung has opened the SDK developers to extend the support to other apps.
The S Pen is even more precise thanks to 4,096 pressure levels and has a latency of 70 ms. The S Pen also emits an audible signal for certain tasks.
Now that there are three main variations of the Note 10, the pricing is everywhere on the map. The base class Galaxy Note 10 starts at $ 949, while the 10+ rating starts at $ 1,049. Finally, the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G is $ 1,299, but can reach up to 1,399 US dollars at maximum capacity 10 is a welcome change.
