Need a drink or other snacks from the kitchen, but do not want to miss a second of the game? Set up an echo in your kitchen to stream the game so you can overhear when you're not in the living room.
If you use a subscription radio service such asyou can enable the ability in the Alexa app to use it on your Echo device. Once activated, just say "Alexa, play the (favorite) team game." You can also ask Alexa which games will run if you have not checked this day.

Organizing a Pool
Since not everyone has cash, it can be difficult to organize a pool. What you can do is keep track of who is putting what by using Alexa. Just say "Alexa, remember that Joe put $ 20 on the Raiders, who won with 14 points." When the game is over, you can ask Alexa what Joe bet and she'll read it to you.
Once you have identified the winner, you can use. Just say "Alexa, ask PayPal to send $ 15 to Sam." It's not exactly the same as putting money in a bowl, but it works.
Listen to other results without changing the channel.
If your favorite team is playing, you can not let anyone change channels to check the score of another game. Instead, just ask Alexa what the team's score is.
If you want to (again) have a snack, just say "Alexa, how many points does the game have [team]?" This is also useful if you have gone to another room just to hear how everyone starts to cheer because something great has happened.
Change your Smart Lights to the color of your team.
Would you like to make sure that your entire house has team spirit? Change your Smart Bulbs to mimic the color of your favorite football team so that you and your friends are completely in game mode. You needcompatible with Alexa. Once you set it up you can say, "Alexa, turn all my lights green."
If you have multiple lights, you can create a team-specific scene with a mix of colors. For example, if you're a Denver Broncos fan, you can use a mix of blue and orange lights. Make it fun by changing the trigger phrase in "Turn on Alexa, Broncos".
Get updates for your favorite team.
Having a busy schedule can make it difficult to keep track of your beloved teams. Fortunately, Alexa can help you stay up to date so you do not miss the latest news. In the Alexa app, open Settings and select Sport . Tap Add Team, Find your team and tap Save . Now you can say "Alexa, what's my sport update?" to hear the latest news.
Listen to a football playlist.
You obviously do not hear music while the game is running, but at half-time and after the game you need a killer football playlist. Ask Alexa to play an NFL or college football playlist through Amazon Music.
If you have Amazon Music or Spotify, you can create your own playlist of football related songs. The music will help keep the party alive and the halftime passes while you wait and see what happens next.
Track and manage your fantasy football teams.
Use Alexa as your personal assistant, who knows everything about what's going on in the sport. First, activate the Yahoo Fantasy Football feature in the Alexa app. You will then need to sign in to your Yahoo account and link your head-2-head league with the ability.
You can get player performance updates, an overview of your team's weekly matchup and score, injury status, and more. Just say "Alexa, ask Yahoo Fantasy Football for [player] stats for the week" or "Alexa, ask Yahoo Fantasy Football for my matchup".
Other things you can ask Alexa after the football matches
- "Alexa, what are the odds in today's [team] game?"
- "Alexa, when does the [team] play again?"
- "Alexa, remember the [team] Sunday game."
