The App Store was still in its infancy and contained text bomb apps that allowed users to send a flood of text messages to friends, family and enemies. It was fun to annoy people, but Apple quickly cleaned the apps for technical reasons. Although text bombs are still banned, you can now use a Siri link to send text bombs via iMessage on your iPhone.
Redditor u / DreadTheFire has created a shortcut that allows you to automatically send a person. Line by iMessage. We'll show you how to add this shortcut to your device and how to configure it so that you can send any text you want, not just the Bee Movie script.
: Download the Bee Movie Spam Link
First, download the Bee Movie Spam link to your iPhone. The iCloud download is free, but you need to run iOS 12 or higher for the link to work. On the iPhone, tap the link below, and then tap "Get Shortcut" to add it to your shortcut library.
After Bee-Movie spam is on your device, open the shortcuts -App, go to the My Shortcuts tab and tap on "Bee" shortcut "Movie Spam". Your contact list will be displayed. Select a person to send as spam using the Bee Movie script.
Note: Not all contacts can be used with this shortcut. If you only use regular text messages (no iMessage), the Bee Movie Spam link will not work. You will receive the message "Invalid recipients".
Once you select a contact, the Bee Movie Spam shortcut will be activated and spits out every one One line at a time from the Bee Movie script until the process is complete. Below you can see how the text messages are automatically sent to my contact.
The shortcut will continue to work in the background until it's done. If you want to stop it, tap the "Bee Movie Spam" shortcut in the Shortcuts app.
While sending the entire Bee Movie script is funny, you might want to send your friends a text bomb with something else. Fortunately, you can easily edit the shortcut to say anything you want. First, open the Shortcuts app, and then tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Bee Movie Spam shortcut for more details.
Scroll down until you reach Text. Now delete the script text of Bee Movie and enter any text. Each sentence is a text message. Add a period to create a new one. As you can see below, I have replaced the script with hundreds of "Hey" messages, all separated by dots. When you're done, click Done in the top right corner.
Now tap the "Bee Movie Spam" link in your library, select a contact, and the link automatically sends your revised text bomb. To end the link, go to the Links app and tap the Bee Movie Spam link.
