Shortly after one month, iOS 12.1.3 was released for iPhones. As with the previous update of iOS 12.1.2, there is not much excitement. No new features were detected, but some fixes have been made for issues with photos in messages, incomplete images when using the sharing sheet, and disconnecting from CarPlay.
To download iOS 12.1.3 to your iPhone, open Settings, tap General, then Software Update, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest update. If you have "Automatic Updates" enabled, you can skip the manual update and wait for iOS to automatically install the update.
Here are the key fixes in the Apple Release Notes:
- Fixes a problem in messages that could interfere with scrolling through photos in detail view
- Fixes an issue where stripped pixels may appear after being sent out of the share sheet Artifacts were created.

During the beta of iOS 12.1.3, Apple also resolved other issues not listed in the official release notes. However, there is no reason to believe that these issues will not be resolved even in the final release.
The only beta issue that has been fixed for iPhones, and should also be in its stable version, is a fix for inaccessible UI elements when using VoiceOver in the "Electrocardiogram (ECG) sections" and "Notification about irregular heartbeat "in the app" Health "
With iOS 12.1.3, we finally expect Apple to release the latest beta software at any time, whether it's iOS 12.1.4 or iOS 12.2
