To upgrade your iPhone to the public beta 3 of iOS 12.1.3, you need a valid public beta configuration profile from Apple. If you have enabled iOS 12 automatic updates, you can have the software updated overnight. To download the beta version now, start Settings, choose General, and then Software Update. Tap "Download and Install" and follow the instructions on the screen.
