Earlier today, Apple released the first public beta for iOS 13 today, June 24, three weeks after Apple first released the beta to developers. The common testing pool now has access to the extensive list of new features in iOS 13, including system wide dark mode, robocall protection, adaptive loading, and more.
If you've been trying to upgrade to iOS 13 beta in the last three weeks you know how difficult it was to do so. The first two versions of the developer beta were very flawed. In order to stop the spread of complaints and questions in the public, Apple has forced the installation of the first developer beta with a recovery image. However, both Beta 2 and public beta can be wirelessly installed via a configuration profile.
