Nearly every Facebook product was touched in the keynote. From the Facebook app and website to Instagram or WhatsApp, Facebook is improving across the board.

The mobile part of it has already been introduced for Android and iPhone users, and according to Facebook, the rollout "in the coming months" will continue.
I was able to get the new design on an iPhone after that Close the Facebook app a few times by force. On Android, however, I could not force the app to switch to the new design.

Finally, in Messenger, there will be a new section for close friends that will make it easier to find stories and messages from those you talk to most often.

Facebook groups, both public and private,. The first change you see is a new Groups tab in the Facebook mobile app. At the moment, the Groups tab does not look much different, but in the next few months, we'll see more new features.

Health groups have the ability to post anonymously (through a group administrator), and job groups add the option to apply for a job from the list.
Updates to groups are not a single push, but a steady stream of changes and optimizations.
