The latest versions of Skype contain suggested answers from Cortana. It automatically generates responses to commonly used message types that you can send with a single click or tap. They are similar to smart answers in Gmail.
If you want to disable these suggested answers, in Skype for Windows, Mac, or Linux, click Menu> Settings.
Click on the category General in the left pane Disable the "Suggestions" feature under Cortana You can now close the settings screen.
The Skype app for iPhone and Android work pretty much the same way.
In the Skype app, touch your profile icon, then tap the gear icon to open the settings screen, tap the General option, and then turn off Suggestions. under Cortana.
You can always go back to Settings> General and re-enable Cortana's suggestions if you want to use them the future.
