Enable or disable 3D Touch on an iPhone



Apple may deviate slightly from 3D Touch – it's not available on the iPhone XR at all – but we're still a big fan of the possibilities it offers. If you do not, you can disable 3D Touch completely.

3D Touch came with the iPhone 6s, allowing users to more strongly manipulate certain elements of the iOS interface to perform actions or display additional options. It offers a right-click style, giving iOS a bit more depth. However, it also adds complexity and Apple has never done well the features that make 3D Touch discoverable.
