Contrary to popular belief, it takes more than just an artist to create the sound, lyrics and vocals of a song. Since most music is digitally enjoyed today, it's harder to know all the staff on a track, as that information used to be in the CD booklet. Well, with Tidal you can easily find this information and more.
Tidal has introduced a new feature called "Interactive Credit Pages". For each artist whose catalog they host, you can view a section of advanced credits that shows their contributions to their own songs as well as the songs of other artists. You can filter tracks based on the type of post. For example, you can see which songs Kanye West has produced and for which songs he wrote the lyrics. Especially in times when many artists collaborate on texts, you can easily determine whether your favorite songs come from their own words or from works by another artist.
Using Interactive Credit Pages
To View Access the artist's main page on Tidal by searching for its name at the bottom of the Search tab or by selecting the three vertical dots next to a particular title, and " Go to the artist ". Under her name you will find a list of all the artist's musical contributions, including songwriter, musician, producer. Select this text to access the interactive credit pages.
Here's one of several categories – you can filter the results by selecting "Songwriter" , "Production", "Musicians" and "Miscellaneous". Select the categories to filter the results. The list displays only titles that match the criteria of the filter. In the list below the title name and the artist name their specific contributions are displayed. For example, you can see that John Mayer played guitar for Travis Scott's "WAKE UP" but was a composer and copywriter for Travis Scott's "ASTROTHUNDER".
