Qualcomm made a splashback in September with the new and improved Snapdragon 3100 platform for wearable, but so far the only model that actually uses it is a $ 1000 MontBlanc. Fossil fixed that this morning.
The Fossil Sport uses the latest version of Google's Android-based Wear OS, the Snapdragon 31
chipset, the new Sports models should outperform the older Fossil Q designs in both performance and longevity. The company claims that the watch will last more than 24 hours with normal usage, plus extra two days in low power mode. Fossil says they'll be available later today at Fossil retail stores on November 12th.
