After adding Speed Limits and Speed Camera Alerts to Google Maps, Google took it one step further with its latest feature. The new addition to the Google Map Navigation app is a speedometer that shows you how fast you drive, reports Android Police. Yes, of course your car already has one, but the idea is that you can see your speed at a glance if you're already looking for the way in the app ̵

1; and look at the road instead of going back between the app and yours Dashboard back and forth.

Google is reportedly rolling out the speedometer in Google Maps, so you may need to be patient if you do not already have it (we do not). You can check the Maps app settings to see if you have them. You will also learn how to report a speed camera and an incident such as a traffic jam.
