President Trump’s announcement on Twitter on Tuesday that he fully approved the release of all documents related to the Russia investigation is bad news for Hillary Clinton, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett told Hannity on Tuesday.

“It shows how immoral, unscrupulous, devious and corrupt Hillary Clinton was,” Jarrett said.

Earlier on Tuesday, National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe released documents showing that then-CIA director John Brennan informed President Obama in 2016 of Hillary Clinton’s “plan” to stir up a scandal involving then-candidate Donald Ties Trump to Russia and distracts from the controversy surrounding them private email servers.

Jarrett said Clinton may have committed a crime in spreading false information, “depending on how it is.”

Former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski asked when former senior national security officials in the Obama administration would be held accountable.

“When? [former FBI Director James] come and [former Director of National Intelligence James] Clapper and Brennan, who committed the greatest crime in American history, will be brought to justice? ” he said. “There were two levels of justice in this country: one if you are a Donald Trump supporter and the book is thrown at you, and one if you are a Hillary Clinton supporter and get away with it.”
