Often times, when you’re using an iPhone and you see a phone number in a note or on a website, you can tap it directly to make a call. However, if you don’t see that particular link, you can “copy” and “paste” the phone number directly into the Phone app. Here̵
First, find the number you want to insert into the phone app’s dialer. This can be done in a note, on a webpage, in a word processing document, or in any other app with text that you can choose. Place your finger on the number, hold it down for a moment, and then release it.
When the iPhone clipboard menu appears, choose Copy.
Then go back to your home screen and open the Phone app by tapping the green phone icon.
In the phone app, tap the “Keyboard” button to open the dialer.
On the keyboard screen, find the blank white area at the top of the screen that usually shows the phone number as you dial it. Place your finger on this area, hold it down for a moment, and then release it.
After you release your finger, a tiny “Insert” button will appear. Tip it on.
After tapping Paste, the previously copied phone number will appear. To access it, tap the green call button at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat with as many numbers as you want. This is a very handy little tip!
