Apple has launched its new credit card, the Apple Card, throughout August. However, on August 20, Apple announced that it is now available to all qualified US users. Here's the problem: It's not clear how to apply. How can you complete an Apple Card application without notification, instructions or clear settings? Luckily we are here to show you exactly how to find it.
First, make sure you agree with Apple Card's fine print. Then note that Apple Card only works on iPhone models with iOS 12.4 or iOS 13. If you're not running the latest beta version of Apple, you'll need to run the latest public version instead. In both cases, go to "Settings" -> "General" -> "Software Update" to make sure your iPhone is fully up to date. Launch the Wallet app and touch the plus sign (+) in the top right corner. If you are using the Wallet app for the first time, you can also tap Add on the Getting Started with Apple Pay card. Then tap on "Next". Here, "Apple Card" should be displayed as an option under Payment Cards . Tap.
Alternatively, you can access the Apple Card application from the Settings app on Wallet & Apple Pay. Under Payment Cards tap "Add Card", click "Continue" and select "Apple Card".
Follow the instructions on the application screen from here. Apple keeps things pretty simple, and all in all, the amount of information needed to apply is relatively small. After approval and set up, all you have to do is shop!
