How to change the default language of Chrome

Google Chrome for Windows and Chrome OS lets you change the interface language of over 100 available languages. So, if you want Chrome's settings and menus to be displayed in a different language, do the following:

Mac OS, Linux, iPhone, iPad, and Android users must change the system's default language to change the language to Chrome will follow the example.
