How to Contact Microsoft Office 365 Support

If you have an Office 365 subscription, you may need help from Microsoft. To track a ticket from a client app, web app, or Office 365 account.

All of these methods create a ticket that is sent to Microsoft support, but in whatever way you log a ticket, & # 39; You have to be online.

Note: You are currently being directed to the Help and Support pages using the Office 365 mobile apps, but there is no direct way to create a support ticket. OneNote, Sway, and Forms
