Having a good organization is a big part of productivity. The key to an optimized workflow is storing important documents where they are needed. When using Google Keep, a note may grow beyond your note status and you want to update it to a full note in Google Doc. Luckily, that's easy.
A useful side effect of moving a note in Google Docs is that it's easier to move the note to another platform. Once it's saved as a Google Doc, you can export it as a Microsoft Word document, PDF, or even as an ePUB. I also found situations where I wanted to clean up Google Keep, but did not want to delete my potentially important note. In those cases, I copy it to Google Docs and delete the note in Google Keep.
: Move your note to Google Docs
To make sure these instructions are correct, update Google Keep for Android or iPhone . Then open Google Keep and tap a note you'd like to copy to Google Docs.
If you are on the note detail page, press the three dots in the lower right corner. A pop-up will be displayed. Tap "Send". When you do this, a new pop-up will appear.
