When you fill out a form, Chrome asks you if you want to save the information to speed it up the next time. If you do not use this feature and Google does not want to store your information, you can simply disable it.
Disabling Auto Fill Forms
Start Chrome, click the menu icon, and then click Settings. Type
chrome: // settings / into the Omnibox to get there reach.
. Scroll down until you see the Auto Fill section and click on Addresses and more. "
Uncheck the box next to" Save and Fill Addresses. "

Clearing Auto-fill Form Information
If you want to remove addresses after using the If you do not do this automatically, you can clear all the data stored in it in the Chrome settings.
If you still do not do this, go back to the "Addresses and Previews" section. You can do this by typing
chrome: // enter settings / addresses into the omnibox and press Enter.
Click on the menu icon next to the saved addresses and then click on "Delete." 
The Entry will be deleted immediately without a warning or a chance to undo your action. So make sure you want to really delete this information.  To go one step further, you can use the Clear Browser Data feature to remove the small pieces of information still in the browser. Type
chrome: // settings in the omnibox and press Enter. Scroll down the Settings tab and click Advanced.
Scroll down a bit until you see "Clear Browser Data." Click on it.
RELATED: Delete synced information in Chrome  Scroll down until "AutoFill Form Data" appears, and make sure that that the checkbox for deletion is activated. If you want to leave everything else unchanged-passwords, browsing history, cookies, and so on-uncheck these boxes. Otherwise, this data will also be removed. When you have finished checking and unchecking the boxes, click Clear Data.
