How to display your working hours to others in Outlook

What's worse than not meeting someone? Get a meeting request for a time when you are not working. We can not stop this, but we can help you set Outlook up so that working hours are at least known.

When you create a meeting request in Outlook, the Meeting Assistant> Schedule helps you find a time that you and you are looking for The recipients of the meeting request are both free.

When you open the Schedule Wizard, the hours for each day are not from midnight to midnight; They are from 8:00 to 17:00.

Outlook displays these hours to anyone who has access to your calendar when they try to book a meeting with you.

When you try to book a meeting with you, any hours until 12 noon will be displayed as a light gray bar as well.

You can also set your working days. If you work part-time or work on the weekend, you can change this to “Datei”> Options> Calendar> Work week.
