Many people sleep with their phone nearby. When we close our eyes, our phones are often the last thing we see. However, with the help of Google's Wind Down mode, we can more easily move into drowsy time.
The Wind Down mode gives visual clues that it's time to prepare for your evening ritual. Depending on how you make the settings, Do Not Disturb mode is activated, a blue light filter is applied to the screen, and even black and white is displayed to make the phone less appealing. To begin the processing mode, you only have to set a few options to take advantage of a healthy digital sleeping habit.
Configuring the Unwind Mode
Open the Settings app and tap "Digital Wellbeing & Parental Control." Tap "Unwrap" and check "Use Unwrap." When the transaction is activated, you can select your processing settings. Select the time when you want to enable Wind Down. I chose 1
You can customize shutdown by enabling Grayscale or Do Not Disturb during activation. Select the days on which Wind Down should be implemented. You can choose the time at which the settlement should end in the morning. When run-time mode is turned on, your phone enters a grayscale mode and Do Not Disturb is activated at any time of the night you select.
