We constantly live with the prospect of loss or theft. Stolen iPhones earn a premium price on the black market for parts such as OLED display modules, frames and charging ports. If someone steals your phone, they can simply turn it off to avoid anti-theft features like Find My iPhone.

Many of these mods have been abandoned by their developers, but we've found two fully functional ones, which we'll highlight below.
Available in repo.pacix.com PeterDev's PowerGuard is a simple optimization to protect your iPhone from unauthorized shutdown. The mod can protect the power menu of your iPhone (Slide Bar) with Touch ID, FaceID or a PIN or passcode.
After installation, enable optimization in the PowerGuard menu under Settings. Then select your options and optimization will be performed automatically, without the need for re-suspension. Unfortunately, the optimization does not prevent others from restarting the iPhone by force.
Option 2: PickPocket 3
PickPocket 3 is another free optimization that lets you use your iPhone iPhone outstanding against unauthorized power outages and more can protect. Apart from the standard requirements for TouchID / FaceID and passcode to start a shutdown, ziph0n with its refined optimization offers further functions to further improve security.
This includes the ability to disable access to Airplane mode in the Control Center and to stop fake Shutdown on Spoof would-be thieves. Although it can not prevent a hard reset, it does have the Fake Hard Reset option, which simulates the reset of the device.
Pickpocket 3 can also be set to trigger an alarm or custom language. Make a secret selfie of the offender and notify you by SMS and email if any of the above actions are attempted in addition to unwanted removal of the SIM card, wrong password or PIN attempts and much more. You can even see your contact information on the lock screen to be reachable in the event that a compassionate Samaritan finds your lost iPhone.
