To connect your wireless printer to your Chromebook
Most new home-use printers have Wi-Fi hardware and can connect to the Internet through your home network. First, you should start your printer at home and connect it to the Internet. Then start your Chromebook and connect it to the same network as the printer.
If you've connected your printer to the Iiternet, click on your Google Account logo or photo in Chrome and select Settings . and then Extended . Then go to the printer option, click on it, and then click Printer .
After that, you should see a selection named Add Printer . Click on it and you should see a list of printers. If you see your printer in this list, click on it and select Add . Your printer should now be connected to your Chromebook.

To manually connect your Wi-Fi printer to your Chromebook (Optional)
If For some reason, your printer is not listed in the Add Printer section, so do not worry. You can still manually add your device and print from a Chromebook.
In the Printer section, click Add Manual . Then enter the name of the printer, its IP address, its protocol (usually the supported connection protocol is IPP), and finally its queue (usually the queue is ipp / print). Click Add if all this information is filled out.
A box prompts you to select the manufacturer and model of your printer. When you find it, click Add. If this is not the case, check your printer's information for "printer language" or "emulation". Then go back to the list and select the "General" option that looks similar. You may need to upload the printer driver. If so, click Browse to upload it.
