One of the benefits of using an Android device with a Fitbit is the ability to answer text messages right from your wrist. Quick Reply is easy to use, but you should take a few minutes to get everything the way you want.
Currently, the ability to respond to messages from your Fitbit is only for Lot 3 ($ 129 on Amazon) Versa ($ 149 on Amazon) and available Ionic ($ 229 on Amazon) .
The Android device that you paired with your Fitbit must be running Android 7.0 or later.
Custom responses set
Quick Reply comes with five standard answers provided by Fitbit, but you can not worry about adapting them to your personality.
Open the Fitbit app, navigate to your device's settings page and select Notifications > Quick Answers . A list of compatible apps will be displayed. Select one to override the default answers with your own text and exit the settings page when you're done.
If you receive a compatible message, you have some new options: Reply or Mark as Read. Tap Reply to to see your quick answers, or swipe left to see a list of Fitbit emojis. Even though the emojis have headbands on their Fitbit, emoji sent to a receiver looks more traditional.
Tap your answer, and the Fitbit app will take care of the rest.
