With a market share of 64 percent on mobile devices and 67 percent for desktop / laptop in 2019, Google Chrome is currently the most widely installed web browser. This lets you set Chrome as the default browser for your device.

Note: To set Chrome as your default browser, you must first download and install it. Windows and MacOS can download it from the Google website, while iOS and Android use the corresponding app stores.
Set Google Chrome as your default browser on Windows
Open System Preferences by pressing the Windows key + I and then clicking "Apps". "

Google Chrome as Set default browser for iPhone / iPad (type of)

Set Google Chrome as the default browser for Android
On most Android phones, Google Chrome is preinstalled as the default Web browser by default. However, some devices have custom ROMs that override the default settings of the browser. You may need to install Google Chrome from the Play Store if it is not already installed.
Then, open the Android Settings app, scroll until you see "Apps" and tap it.

Select "Chrome" in the list of browsers.
You can close the settings. The next time you tap a link, it'll open in Chrome.
