How To Track Your Training With Samsung Health «Android :: Gadget Hacks



Keeping track of your physical activity can be difficult, especially if you have a hectic lifestyle with responsibilities that you keep an eye on. Fortunately, Samsung Health helps you keep track of your exercise routines, so you can only keep a small part of your busy day.

Formerly, S Health was the renamed Health App from Samsung, which has become one of the most comprehensive health apps out there, and now it is available for all Android phones. It has advanced features such as one-to-one challenges and heart rate monitoring, but its basic functionality may be even more important: Like any good fitness app, Samsung Health allows you to easily record your exercises, so you spend less time on the exercises Fumble spend device and more time to exercise.

: Select a workout
