Pairing the Galaxy Buds with a Galaxy phone, for example, is incredibly easy.

If you have problems when the prompt shown in the top of the GIF appears, you can always go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the Galaxy Buds from a list of available devices (make sure the lid is on the Galaxy is in Bud's case is open).
