Isolated in the White House, Trump is trying hard to develop a sense of normalcy after a canceled debate

President Trump has lagged behind in the polls, hit the novel coronavirus and remained isolated in the White House. He tried to project an image of strength and normalcy that contradicted his difficult circumstances.
