We are now in the week (cough) of lockdown. Every person I’ve spoken to over the last week announced that it was “over”.in order to over ”and“ so Iincredible about ”the lock. People have disrupted sleep cycles, increased snack consumption, spent too much on online shopping, and snapped at their spouses.
I knew I was in trouble when I realized that I had to create a “Snacks” category in my financial software package and that the gamut was growing – in small steps, but still steadily. Since then I’ve been going to the gym (FINALLY !!!). It decreased my snack cravings and improved my sleep cycles. I feel better overall.
