Fans of Skullcandy’s Crusher headphones can look forward to something new today. The company just announced the newest addition to the Crusher franchise ̵

1; the Crusher Evo Sensory bass headphones with personal sound. The wireless over-ear headphones are packed with powerful features and are available starting today on their website for $ 199.99.

The Crusher Evo is an upgraded version of the popular Crusher headphones with more features, refined audio and an accented focus on bass reproduction. The new headphones have a battery life of 40 hours and can be charged quickly. After about 10 minutes of charging, you have up to four hours of playing time, so you don’t have to go without your music for too long. It also has different EQ modes for music, film, and podcasts so your audio sounds right no matter what you’re listening to.

The headphones also feature Skullcandy’s patented Sensory Haptic Bass for an even more immersive listening experience that has long been a feature of the Crusher headphones. “Skullcandy fans have always loved Crusher because it really offers a unique, immersive bass experience. It enables users not only to hear their music or movies, but actually they feel“Says Jeff Hutchings, Skullcandy’s chief product officer.

The Crusher Evo also uses Audiodo’s Personal Audio, an audio personalization technology that you can customize in the Skullcandy iOS or Android app. This feature allows users to customize the Evo headphones to their unique hearing profile instead of just having to use a general profile for all users.
