Admit that you need help.

,100 official events at SXSW Interactive, keeping track of where you said it will be you will not be easy. Even if you dutifully put everything into your Google Calendar, it may look "like a war zone," says Rebekah Iliff, an executive on the AirPR technology platform. Her solution is old-school with a modern twist: a virtual assistant. This person can be used to keep them organized and Iliff calls them "Command Center". If a virtual assistant is not on the cards, the official SXSW app will help you track events, navigate to Austin, and sync with your other devices.)

Perform Pedikabs In Advance ,
Did not you know that you can do that? Now you do. Although Lyft and Uber urge you to share rides, you know that transportation in Austin is a challenge. While participating in SXSW, Shoshana Bennett of virtual labor firm Zirtual rents pedicures day after day and simply textes the company when it needs to be picked up.

Bennett likes Easy Rider This service, but we've found that with MetroCycleLab you can also reserve a driver, and there are likely to be others if you ask around and negotiate. (She also suggests renting Courier Depot if you need something to pick up or pick up.) This has nothing to do with Pedikabs, but I thought I would mention it.)

Get Fit The SXSW Route
You just have to take your time. Luckily you have many options.

Peace, tranquility and a drink for adults.
Alcohol is plentiful in SXSW, but it is not always quiet. For something off the beaten path, try Buffalo Billiards, recommends Benjamin Goodman, a product and strategy manager on Heard's social media platform. He says you'll find a hodgepodge of locals, tired managers, drunks, filmmakers, and SXSW attendees playing from the pool to the shuffleboard and the "hidden gem of 6 th Street."

Do you have an escape route?
There is life outside of Austin. Seriously:

Bennett suggests a relaxed hike, while Zach Cohen, COO of the digital marketplace in Holonis, asks you to book a blissful Caribbean cruise for the day after the show. "That makes it easier to handle the chaos," he said as he returned to work after the big event.
