Many new phones switch from the physical keys of the past to navigation gestures. The idea is to maximize screen space as much as possible while being intuitive. Chrome for iPhone and Android is a cool little trick that can be combined well with these new gestures.
Instead of tapping the three-dot menu button on any tab to access Chrome's options, tap and swipe If you're on Android, tap, tap, and swipe up on iPhone. From this point on, you can drag your finger over an item in the menu and then release it to confirm your selection.
Usually, tap the menu, then lift your finger to tap the item in the list to confirm it. Using this quick gesture in Chrome gives you a faster and more seamless experience without having to lift a finger.
