The time is ripe to turn the original television series, which ran from 1959 to 1964, and remains a forward-looking thriller anthology that collectively explores vital issues of human condition, including the fear of war, hunger and apocalypse, and the rage and madness that comes when people who are easy to manipulate are confronted with the idea of the "other." In a super funny way, you promise, but you can discover it for yourself.

What does Twilight Zone mean?
"There is a fifth dimension beyond that known to man," said original series creator and host Rod Serling in Season 1's intro, which began on October 2, 1959. "It is a dimension as large as space and as timeless as infinity, between light and shadow, between science and superstition, between the pit of human fears and the peak of its knowledge, that is the dimension of the imagination of what we call the Twilight Zone call. "
Who will record the new Twilight Zone?
Peele said he was initially reluctant to play the role of host, but has since re-examined and confirmed it (though it's still unclear whether viewers will see him in front of the camera).
"The realization for me was that it was an opportunity to continue with Serling's mission," said Peele Variety when the restart was announced. "If we approach without ego and bow to Serling, hopefully this will be enough for our Twilight Zone fans, but it will also bring back a show that's needed, because it's a show that has always helped us, ourselves consider a mirror to society. "
How many versions were there?
The original Twilight Zone aired on CBS from 1959-1964, followed by a 1985-89 remake. UPN is creating a third version of Forest Whitaker, which aired from 2002-2003.

I never saw it, but why do I know the title song already?
Twilight Zone scores and the original theme of Marius Constant, a Romanian born French composer, have been sampled or interpolated dozens of times overboard, without the permission of rock groups, hip-hop artists, electronic music producers and more. Manhattan Transfer (whose 1979 song "Twilight Zone" may be the first example of an actual selection of the theme) is one of the best-known acts to sample or render the main theme of the theme), Insane Clown Posse, dr. Dre, Dr Octagon and Lil B. And while they did not try the subject directly, in 1982 a Dutch band called Golden Earring had an international hit called "Twilight Zone".
Will the new version redo old episodes?
The executive producers Peele and Kinberg have remained mothers on this subject so far, but they would continue with the precedents of the two remakes if they did. They've released their Top 10 ever-popular Twilight Zone episodes, which could give clues as to which they would like to remix – or who would never dare to touch them.
Who will be in it?
They do not say that either, but it's probably a safe bet to expect big cameos. Kinberg told Collider that they had "great interest" from great movie actors to appear in one episode. The release reports that the premiere will be directed by Gerard McMurray, whose films include Burning Sands and The First Purge.
"It's socio-political and addresses big issues, but in an entertaining, science-fiction-like way – just like Get Out," Kinberg said in an interview in which he also quoted the Netflix series Black Mirror as "Inspiration".
When will the new Twilight Zone air?
After the deadline, production began on October 1, 2018 in Vancouver, Canada. Fifty-nine years after the show's appearance on October 2, 1959, the network published a production teaser trailer describing how to reinvent a "worldwide phenomenon." The first of the new Twilight Zone episodes is expected in early 2019 on CBS All Access.
