If You If you do not want to delete your photos, you can use the iCloud Photos feature instead. It uploads all your photos to iCloud and automatically deletes older photos and videos from your device when storage becomes scarce.
The problem is that the free iCloud layer only gives you 5GB of storage. To upload more than that, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan that starts at $ 0.99 per month at 50GB.
To enable iCloud photos, open the App Settings, go to the Photos section, and turn on the iCloud Photos option. Select "Optimize iPhone / iPad memory" from the following options.

After photos and videos, apps and games are next on the list. Even a simple social media app can occupy 500 MB of space, and an interactive game can occupy more than 1 GB.
If you delete some apps and games that you no longer use, this can cause significant storage costs.
Open the app settings, go to "General" and select "iPhone storage" or "iPad storage". The available space is displayed at the top of the screen.
Below the graph, you'll see a list of apps that consume the most space and how much space each app occupies. Go through this list and delete all unused apps.
If you have some games that take a lot of time, you can delete them for a while. Touch an app in the list and then tap "Delete app" to remove it from your phone or tablet.

For example, in the Slack app, you can find the "Reset Cache" option under Settings> Advanced.

Now go through the message view and select any attachments (photos, videos or animations) that you want to delete. Then touch the Delete button in the lower left corner.

Click the Devices button on the toolbar to start the synchronization process (if you have not already). Once the device is synced, click "Check for Updates".
