Luckily, there are two ways to deal with files that you want to upload to Dropbox (whichever one is) and you'll soon know both.
Uploading Multiple Photos with the Dropbox App
The Most Convenient Way To perform all tasks related to Dropbox, use the company's official app. However, you can use the app to upload multiple photos at the same time (but only one of the other file types, see the next section.)
You can get the Dropbox app from the App Store if you do not already have it and when you join Logged in to your account, tap the "Create" button.
Tap the "Upload Photos" button. You'll see all the photos on your iPhone or iPad.
Select the photos you want to upload and tap Next.
If you want to change the folder where your pictures are to be uploaded, tap the "Choose a different folder" button or select one of the predefined options. Otherwise, tap Upload.
Uploading Multiple Files Using the Files App
If you do not mind the increased complexity, using the built-in Files app is the best way to handle a cloud service as it comes closest to you macOS Finder window, which you can find on an iPhone or iPad. This makes it ideal for uploading multiple files into Dropbox.
To start, open the file app and choose the location for the files you want to upload to Dropbox. Tap Select to begin file selection.
Tap the files you want to upload to Dropbox, and then tap the "Move" button. It looks like a folder, and we've highlighted it below. Note: The word "Move" replaces this icon on the iPad.
Tap Dropbox. When the subfolders are displayed, select the destination to which you want to upload your files. Finally, tap on "Copy".
We're not sure why you can not upload multiple files (except photos) with the Dropbox app. But there is a way, after all.
