View a Google Calendar in Outlook.
Since we're viewing a Google Calendar in Outlook, we'll need to get the link from the Google Calendar first. Sign in to your Google Account and switch to Google Calendar. When you are there, click on the three dots next to the calendar and then click "Settings and Sharing".
Scroll down until you reach the "Secret Address." in iCal format ". Click on the link to highlight it and copy it with Ctrl + V or right-click and select "Copy" from the menu.
Now you must add this link Open Outlook, and go to your calendar. Right-click the Shared Calendars option, and then select Add Calendar> From Internet
option. Paste your Google Calendar secret iCal address into the text box and click OK.
Click "Yes" in the confirmation window.
And that's it; Your Google Calendar is now displayed in Outlook. You can overlap it with your calendar like any other calendar by clicking on the arrow on the tab.
Now you can see both calendars with the appointments of different colors in one place.
The downside of this is that while you need to manage the appointments in Google Calendar, any changes you make there will be refreshed like any other shared calendar.
