The Tour de France takes place on 21 days, with each day covering a different leg of 2,157 miles. Everything is going out this weekend. The current leader at the end of each stage is allowed to wear the legendary yellow jersey, and for most of the 2019 race, this honor was driven on the back of the Frenchman Julian Alaphilippe. The final stages of this weekend, taking place on a strenuous course through the Alps, will decide whether to keep them when the cyclists cross the finish line in Paris on Sunday.
