Adobe is best known for its photo and video editing software, but it also features a number of lesser-known apps. With Adobe Fill & Sign, which is available on iPhone and Android, you can share important documents with a third-party app on your iPhone Fill out the smartphone electronically.
With Adobe Fill & Sign you can fill out almost all documents quickly online form. All you have to do is import a document into the app. If it's not online, you can take a picture of it and convert it to a PDF file. You can then tap to type text in boxes or check marks in forms, finger your signature or initials, and then save the form on your phone or send it immediately via email or text.

Open Adobe Fill & Sign and tap the plus sign form in the center of the screen to select a form to fill out. Depending on your operating system, you can choose one of the following methods to import a form:
- Android : (1) PDF file, (2) photo library and (3) take picture
- iOS : ( 1) File Browser, (2) Web URL, (3) Web Search, (4) Camera Roll, (5) Take Photo, and (6) Email Attachment
Once you have selected your document, you can perform various operations, before you complete and sign the document, eg. For example, rotate the document, rearrange the pages, delete pages, crop the document, and make it clearer. When you're done, you can continue filling out.
To fill in the form, just tap anywhere to add text , A black pop-up appears, in which you can increase or decrease the text size, delete a text box and add a check mark or an X, and insert a box that separates boxes by boxes.
Do this to allow the entire form to phone numbers , Addresses, emails, and other important information. If a text box is crooked, you can long press and move it to better fit the form. If you need to select a check box, just tap to insert an X or hold down the check box to select either a check mark or a period.
The last thing you need to do if the form justifies it. it is to sign. To enter your signature, touch the signature icon (pen) in the top right corner. When you use the signature feature for the first time, you are prompted to create a signature. In this menu you can also create initials.
The screen rotates and you can draw your signature with your finger or pen. When done, click Done.
If you now click on the signature icon, you can see your signature from the select menu. You can resize by clicking the arrow icon next to the signature and moving it to the left or right. You can also press the blue box and move your finger to place the signature in the desired location.
If you want to fill out more forms with Adobe Fill & Sign, you should use Create profile. To do this, tap the profile icon at the top and enter your details. For example, the full name, address, phone number, email address, and so on. Entering the first few letters or numbers of your stored information will display that option, which you can select from your keyboard. Tap to enter it quickly.
