Not only are they rough to think about, these mistakes contribute significantly to allergy problems.
Do not put your mattress out of the door in disgust. Give it a good, thorough cleaning. That's how it's done.
Start with a clean swing
Take yourwhile you work on your mattress. Now that it's empty, the first step is a thorough vacuuming to soak up insects, insect debris, and dander. Make sure you get into the seams, labels, and divots, where most of the detritus accumulates.
You can use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner or perform more thorough cleaning with a handheld vacuum cleaner designed to clean mattresses such as the Dyson V6 Mattress Hand Vacuum Cleaner or the Euleven UV Bed Vacuum Cleaner.

How often should you vacuum? Consumer Reports recommends that you try your mattress once every six months.
Now that you've sucked in the particles of coarseness, it's time to work on sweat and other stains. Lightly spray the surface of the mattress with 1 teaspoon of dish soap and 1 cup of warm water. Let the solution rest for a few minutes and then wipe the mattress with a damp cloth to act as a rinse cycle.
If your mattress has urine stains in the pet, I recommend using the hand holder on a steam cleaner and a pet stain. Enzyme cleaner to find out the stain. Then use three drops of peppermint essential oil and 1 cup of warm water to remove any persistent odors. Simply spray on and let it dry.
When you have finished stain removal, sprinkle a generous amount of soda over the entire mattress and allow it to stand for at least an hour or until the mattress is dry.
Finally, use the vacuum cleaner to go back over the mattress to remove the baking soda.
Protect Your Efforts
Now that your bed is clean, protect it. Buy a waterproof fabric mattress cover and place it under the regular duvet. It protects your mattress from sweat and dander, and you can wash it while washing your sheets.
