Microsoft announced the provision of phone calls on stage at a Samsung event in August. However, this feature is available for all Android 7 or later phones. As part of the Your Phone app, "Calling" is now provided for Windows Insiders.
If you have an Android phone, you can use the Calls feature to answer calls on your PC, initiate calls from your PC, and access your phone's call history in the Your Phone app and seamless transfer of calls between PCs and Android phone during a call. You can even decline a call from your PC and send a custom text message as a response or simply send it to voicemail.
All you need is an Android phone running Android 7.0 or later and a Windows 1
Microsoft states that this feature only works as long as you are using Windows 10 19H1 (this is the current stable status of May 2019) Update) with an operating system build number of 18362.356 or later. It is currently being released for Windows Insiders with the development releases of the Windows 10 19H2 update, which is expected to be stable in October.
This feature was announced in a blog post about Build 18999 for the upcoming Windows 10 20H1 update. Will appear in April 2020
